USCIS Runs Third Lottery to Select More FY 2022 H-1B Cap Cases

Today, USCIS began notifying employers and their immigration counsel of the results of a third selection lottery for the FY 2022 H-1B cap. Employers withH-1B registrations selected in the third drawing will have from November 22, 2021 to February 23, 2022 to submit their petitions. The agency announced that it has selected an additional 16,753 registrations in today’s draw, bringing the total H-1B cap selection rate for FY 2022 to nearly 43%.
