Allen Kingston
Abbe Allen Kingston has practiced
immigration law in Santa Barbara for 25 years. He has been
certified by the California State Bar as an Immigration Law
Specialist. A substantial part of his practice focuses on
the transfer of international personnel. Mr. Kingston earned
his bachelors degree in electrical engineering from
the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his law
degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Mr. Kingston
has published several law review articles and is a frequent
lecturer on immigration related matters.
Joseph A. Martinez
Mr. Martinez has been engaged in the practice
of law in Santa Barbara since 1975. He earned his bachelor
of arts degree from the University of California at Riverside
and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law. He is a member
of the State Bar of California, the Santa Barbara County Bar
Association, La Raza Lawyers Association, and the California
Public Defenders Association.
Bruce W. Hogan
Bruce W. Hogan has been practicing law
for over 23 years. Mr. Hogan graduated from Amherst College
in 1969, and from the University of Denver Law School in 1975,
where he was on the law review. He is the former chairperson
of the Creditor-Debtor Section of the Santa Barbara County
Bar Association. He has written numerous articles and is a
frequent lecturer on various legal matters. He is a member
of the State Bar of California, the Santa Barbara County Bar
Association, and the Commercial Law League of America.
Helene M. Gradow
Helene M. Gradow graduated from UCLA in
1980 with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Gradow attended
Southwestern University School of Law where she earned her
J.D. in 1983. She has over 10 years experience specializing
in adoptions and International Business Transactions.
